In this class you will learn the Wet and Dry and Cut-In baking methods. Both are essential building blocks to becoming a proficient baker. These methods are the most accessible for the home baker since they do not need any specialty equipment. We will learn key things to keep in mind when executing these methods as well as little bit of the science behind the ingredients.
