Date Night! – Dinner in London (Pub Classics Beer Tasting)

When it’s chilly, we want to curl up by the fire and consume massive quantities of these comforting, classic dishes. What’s even better is we have even better beers to go with them available for purchase! Dinner Party classes are more social, though you’ll still learn how to cook and prepare awesome food! You get to work in groups, allowing for plenty of time to cook, eat, drink, and meet new friends. The class is hands-on, with each cooking station getting to make every dish, unless the dessert requires preparation ahead. We’re BYOB, but we have great wine and unique beers for sale – some you can’t find anywhere else in Houston! There is no corking fee if you decide to bring your beverage(s) of choice. We provide aprons, bottled water, wine glasses, water/beer glasses, ice, and bottle openers. Come hungry because there is plenty of food!

In this menu, you will have the following:

• – Delicious Shepherd’s Pie (tasting an ale or a porter)
• – Fish and Chips (made with Guinness, tasting an ale or a lager) – Bangers and Mash (tasting a stout)
• – Traditional Sticky Toffee Pudding (tasting a brown ale)

This class has beer tasting available with each course for $25 per person, to be paid in class. You may purchase the recommended beers or others individually from us, or bring your own.
