Cooking Techniques – Pasta Making & Gnocchi

Cooking Techniques Pasta Making and Gnocchi is an in-depth study of how to prepare and cook these items without the need for recipes. Cooking Techniques classes focus on specific cuts of meat, vegetables, or other food item such as pasta, teaching the most-used techniques of the classically trained chef. Pasta and Gnocchi require a feel for the dough to have the best results. It is truly possible and easy to make a pasta meal in 30 to 45 minutes from scratch, sauce included. We’re so confident you’ll learn more than in any other class offered by the competition that we guarantee it or your next class is on us!

This menu includes:

  • Traditional Pasta Fresca (fresh homemade pasta, rolled out and cut into spaghetti noodles)
  • Pasta Rossa (red pasta, rolled out and cut into lasagna sheets for cannelloni)
  • Pasta Verde (green pasta, rolled out and cut to shape for tortellini)
  • Spaghetti al Pomodoro (spaghetti with tomato sauce)
  • Cannelloni agli Spinaci (spinach cannelloni)
  • Ravioli al Funghi (mushroom-stuffed ravioli)
