We’ll taste several examples of the noble grapes and how climate/soil affects their flavor. We’ll also discuss how to figure out your favorite style of wine (are you a crisp a.k.a. dry wine kind of person or a fruit-forward a.k.a. sweet wine kind of person). Finally, we’ll learn how to read a wine menu and order perfectly every time!
We’ll pair at 7-8 types of wine with outstanding cheeses. Also, a classic Tomato Basil Soup and blondie, milk, and dark chocolate brownies to get the best idea of how wine flavors change with food.
