Learning to make homemade bread is not only therapeutic but also delicious. Working with gluten is fun and easy! In this class, we’ll discuss the differences between artisan and soft breads. You will learn how/when yeast grows best, and the differences between flours, and why protein matters. In addition to your bread making, we will serve cold cuts and cheeses so you can build delicious sandwiches with your yummy rolls and Ciabatta bread!
