Sharpen your culinary skills with our Knife Skills 1 – Veggies & Herbs class! This foundational course is essential for anyone looking to improve their knife technique and efficiency in the kitchen. Learn to chop, slice, and dice with confidence as you master the art of handling a knife safely and effectively.

What to Expect:

– Knife Selection: Discover which knives are right for you and learn why you don’t need that big knife block on your counter.
– Proper Technique: Learn how to hold your knife properly and maintain it for long-term use.
– Precision Cutting: Master the techniques to rapidly chop onions, carrots, celery, garlic, tomatoes, bell peppers, and herbs with speed and accuracy.
– Hands-On Practice: This class is hands-on, giving you plenty of practice time to refine your skills and build confidence.
– Provided Amenities: We supply all necessary tools, including knives and cutting boards. Just bring containers for your prepped veggies and herbs to take home!
