- Spiced Fritata (with jalapeno, cumin, onion, crab, and coconut milk as dairy substitute)

- Jamaican Jerk Chicken (true Jamaican jerk marinade made paleo with tamari on a whole chicken then barbecued and roasted to perfection so that it's moist and delicious...NOM NOM!)

- Fried Plantains (with mango fruit salsa)

- Chocolate Frozen Bananas (dipped in rich, dark Belgian chocolate)

The paleo diet is all the rage now and is followed by Crossfit buffs and many who trying to live gluten-free. 

The secret to following any diet easily is understanding the proper cooking techniques that yield flavor to your dishes and what spices to keep around so you can make for the reduction in fat or carbs. Whether you are on a Paleo diet, slow carb, or just looking to lose your holiday extra pounds, getting yourself prepared is the secret to keeping your New Year's resolution!

Everyone is broken up into groups of four or less depending on the class size. We're BYOB, but we have great wine and unique beers you can't find anywhere in Houston but us for sale!

What Is Your Age Restriction Policy?

AGE RESTRICTIONS

At this time children under the age of 12 are NOT allowed to participate in ANY of our classes. No exceptions.

If you would like to enroll a teenager in one of our classes, a parent or guardian must be in attendance with him/her. He/she may ONLY attend baking classes, cooking fundamentals classes, and Saturday morning or afternoon classes.

PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 MAY NOT PARTICIPATE IN ANY OF OUR EVENING CLASSES. All classes are BYOB and persons under the age of 18 MAY NOT attend evening classes - PERIOD. If anyone under the age of 18 arrives for an evening class, he/she will not be allowed to participate and monies will not be refunded.
