This week we'll allow participants to gain a foundation in their cooking skills. This is our technique and fundamentals that will give students the groundwork need to get started on their culinary career or just learn more about cooking in general:

  • Day 1: Techniques - Basic
  • Day 2: Veggies, Herbs, and Spices
  • Day 3: Eggs Fundamentals
  • Day 4: Risotto, Grains, & Potatoes 

Welcome to our freshly revamped Fundamentals Camp! This camp is thoughtfully designed to provide students with the foundational skills of cooking in a fun and friendly environment. Each day, young chefs will make and enjoy breakfast, lunch, and sometimes a sweet treat! Come and discover the joy of cooking with us this summer!

We will focus on 5 basic elements of cuisine, and tackle varied techniques for each one:

  • Proteins - marinating, roasting, braising, and more
  • Veggies - roasting, stewing, searing, and more
  • Eggs - scrambling, poaching, crepes, and more
  • Starches - risotto, pilaf, frying and more
  • Sauces - dressings, pan sauce, salsa and more

What time do classes start and end?

9 AM - 1 PM

Early Drop-off is available - if you'd like early drop-off please contact reservations@welldonecc.com

How much does early drop-off/late pick-up cost and when does it start?

Instructors will be ready to greet your child at 8:45 AM. You can arrange early drop-off starting at 8:15 am (It is a $45 extra fee)

Late pick-up ends at 2 PM.

The cost for late-pickup is $20/hour.

There will be a $10 charge for every 15 minutes that your child remains in our facility and has not yet been picked up.
