For our Chef Assistants, we are looking for:

• detail oriented persons
• those who are ready to learn new things
• those who listen well to instruction
• those who actively look for activities in order to assist the team fully, such as assisting Instructors in teaching a class
• those who love being a part of a team
• those who want to grow into being chef instructors with us

You will perform the duties of:

• a prep cook,
• clean up assistant
• assistant cooking coach
• assistant in sales of products by helping with wrapping, product placement, and charging customers
• assisting owners with various business needs

The Chef Assistant position is a great opportunity for:

• learning more about different kinds of culinary and pastry arts through broad application to our huge course catalog of offerings
• those who want to start a budding culinary career with a great part time job while in culinary or hospitality management school
• those who want complete training on proper culinary and baking techniques in real world applications

Initially, these will be part-time, contract positions, but the best candidates will have a huge opportunity to grow and possibly move into full time as we are growing very fast and will be opening multiple locations in the coming months in the Houston area and other cities.
