Cooking Techniques Pasta Making and Gnocchi is an in-depth study of how to prepare and cook these items without the need for recipes. Cooking Techniques classes focus on specific cuts of meat, vegetables, or other food item such as pasta, teaching the most-used techniques of the classically trained chef. Pasta and Gnocchi require a feel for the dough to have the best results. It is truly possible and easy to make a pasta meal in 30 to 45 minutes from scratch, sauce included.
